The committee works together to further educate the
adults,children, and Youth of Farragut Presbyterian Church. The
committee meets on the first Tuesday of the month at seven p.m.

Pastoral Care:
( S. Kuliasha, G. Heidinger chair-persons)
Meets the third Monday of the month at 7:00 pm at the church. This
committee monitors the congregation to determine needs and plan pastoral care activities
to meet those needs. Through all of these programs our goal is to nurture the new members
as well as those who are already members. Our main focus is to pray for and provide a
support network for all of our members.
Responsibilities:
Prayer for congregation
Shepherd Program
Flowers for hospitalization, homebound, and new parents
Hospital visits
Cards for birthday and anniversaries
Communication with college students and members of the armed forces by
sending them newsletters, cards, care packages, etc.
Reception Committee - prepares and serves funeral receptions, and will
work with Presbyterian Women to provide food in case of illness or death.
Organize and oversee Bible Studies

the greater participation of our church family, giving our time, talent and
resources generously and passionately, to our community and the world beyond.

brochures, new member packets, videos and so on.

Worship service - paraments, bulletins, supply pastors
Communion - bread, bakers, set up, servers
