Welcome to the Sedgefield Homepage! Sedgefield Subdivision is located off of Watt Road in Farragut. There are over 130 families in Sedgefield, which prides itself in being a family neighborhood. Amenities include a pool, two tennis courts and wooded area with a trail. Several committees made up of volunteers each year provide residents with opportunities to be active in the Subdivision. Work Days are planned at least twice a year to provide needed maintenance in the common areas. Parties at the pool are planned during the summer and Santa makes a visit in December. The annual Golf Tournament, complete with a rotating trophy takes place in October. Annual dues of $240 paid by each homeowner fund the Sedgefield Homeowner’s Association. The dues provide the funds for operation of the pool and tennis courts, help with the cost of social activities and help keep the neighborhood looking beautiful.
